Taco Chili

Taco Chili

Chili and Taco's in one meal!

Equipment

  • Larger Skillet or Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 1 15oz. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/ liquid
  • 1 15oz. Black Beans w/ liquid
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  • Brown turkey or chicken
  • After about 5 minutes add garlic and chili powder
  • When meat is browned add tomatoes and beans, let simmer for 10 minutes
  • Sprinkle cilantro on top of bowls

Notes

When you can't decide on chili or tacos this is a great meal.  And the great thing about this meal is it can be made multiple ways.
As is, it is 100% detox approved.  Gluten free, sugar free, grain free and dairy free! 
But, you can spice it up by serving it over rice, or adding cheese and crushed tortilla chips to it.  You can also wrap it up in a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
We call this meal our multi-use meal.  Super simple to make and our girls always want more.
