Tukery Pepper Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey Organic / Pasture Raised
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 6-8 oz. Chopped Green Chiles
- 1-2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 pkt Taco Seasoning
- 16 oz. Black Refried Beans
- 1 pkg Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
- Add avocado oil to skillet with garlic, green chiles and chopped pepper. After 5 minutes add Turkey
- When turkey is browned, add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
- While turkey mix is cooking, warm up refried beans and cook cauliflower rice.
- Once all is cooked, assemble - rice, beans, turkey/pepper mix. Add any toppings that you like. Suggestions - lettuce, salsa, organic cheese, sour cream.
