Spicy Turkey and Beans
Yummy Szechuan inspired rice bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey or Chicken
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce use low sodium / gluten free if needed
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar be sure it is un-sweetened
- 1 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 3-4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 cups Rice Use Jasmine or Cauliflower for lower carbs
Instructions
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet
- When hot add beans and cook 5-8 minutes, then transfer to bowl/plate
- Add to skillet meat and cook for 5 minutes
- Then add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes
- Add the green beans back to the pan
- Add sauce and stir until heated through
- Serve with jasmine or cauliflower rice
