Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond, Coconut or Cashew Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Berries of Choice
- Stevia to taste if needed
Instructions
- Mix milk and chia seeds
- Blend in fruit or add to top of pudding once set
Notes
This is a great breakfast option with 8 grams of fiber and 4 grams of Omega-3s. Also works well as a dessert treat!
