Chia Seed Pudding

A great fiber rich breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond, Coconut or Cashew Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Berries of Choice
  • Stevia to taste if needed

Instructions

  • Mix milk and chia seeds
  • Blend in fruit or add to top of pudding once set

Notes

This is a great breakfast option with 8 grams of fiber and 4 grams of Omega-3s.  Also works well as a dessert treat!
