Pancakes (Blueberry)
Simple and easy pancakes!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp olive or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup optional frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Heat up skillet to 350 degrees, or use non-stick frying pan
- Blend all wet ingredients (I prefer to use a mixer for this recipe)Add in the dry ingredients
- Add in the dry ingredients
- Cook - these take a little longer than normal pancakes

Still want to enjoy your breakfast foods? Well now you can! This is a great recipe if you are doing our 21 day detox. Since these don't have any sugar in them they fit perfectly anytime. Got fruit in your diet? Great - add the optional berries in.
And these taste great without any additional syrup but for a real treat add either sugar free syrup, real maple syrup or honey.
