- 1 scoop protein powder choose vanilla flavored
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 c pumpkin or sweet potato puree
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender with ice
- Blend and serve
