Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder choose vanilla flavored
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 c pumpkin or sweet potato puree
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into blender with ice
  • Blend and serve

Notes

All the goodness of pumpkin spice without the guilt! 
DETOX: Be sure you choose a non-whey based protein powder.  Recommend - collagen or pea isolate.
