Spicy Turkey and Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey or Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce use low sodium / gluten free if needed
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar be sure it is un-sweetened
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 cups Rice Use Jasmine or Cauliflower for lower carbs

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large non-stick skillet
  • When hot add beans and cook 5-8 minutes, then transfer to bowl/plate
  • Add to skillet meat and cook for 5 minutes
  • Then add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes
  • Add the green beans back to the pan
  • Add sauce and stir until heated through
  • Serve with jasmine or cauliflower rice
