Stacia's Green Detox Smoothie

Instead of trying to get 1lb of vegetables in all day long, Stacia's smoothie takes the bulk of them and front loads them into this refreshing morning smoothie blend. Must have's? A Ninja BL480D Nutri Ninja is the one she uses with the 32 oz cup. Note: She doesn't use measuring cups or spoons so all measurements below are estimates. She puts all the ingredients into a colander/strainer and goes from there.

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach organic
- 1 cup Kale no stems
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- ginger to taste
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- 1/4 avocado
- 4 caps MCT Oil use the caps of the oil container
Instructions
- Cut and rinse all vegetables
- Squeeze lemon juice until done, remove seeds from bottom of container
- Add all cut vegetables followed by spinach and kale
- Use Extract feature on Ninja
- Should make 2 servings. Drink 16oz at a time!
